Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward email messages from one e-mail box to another, create email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest.
